At Oculus Eyecare, we want you to love your new frames; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-prescription eyewear. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with security tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the eyewear securely in its original hard case and shipping box, ensuring all cleaning cloths and certificates of authenticity are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
